New treatment / colour boost
To ensure a professional relationship from the start a deposit of £50* is required for all treatments booked to secure the appointment slot. this is redeemable against procedure cost - balance is due on day of treatment.

Refill appointments (4-6 weeks from initial procedure)
after a 'new' treatment a refill procedure will be carried out at a mutually agreed date 4-6 weeks from treatment. A £50 rebooking fee will be incured if the appointment is missed or cancelled under 48hrs.

Please note colour boost procedures do not include a second refill apointment 4 - 6 weeks after.
